Kyle Tulley’s first step when taking on a new case is assessing a client’s needs and taking them seriously. He’s known at the firm as a tough no nonsense litigator. He leads the lead on some of the largest cases at the firm. Having worked on many cases in Workers’ Compensation, it has proven to him that compassion is the most important action towards maximizing a case’s worth on behalf of a client. Workers’ Compensation has been his chosen area of focus for multiple years.
“It may sound cliché, but just having the ability to help others and be their voice in times of need is why I focused in Workers’ Compensation,” Kyle said. “I’ve learned that the legal field is a frightening area for many people because of its confusing complexities. Providing guidance and relieving my client’s fears means I’ve done my part.”
Tulley touts his equal treatment of all cases. At the bottom line it’s about his clients receiving justice for the indignities they’ve received after an injury and he believes the most potent form of justice is financial reconciliation. Every person is his highest priority and while he excels in sympathy, he fosters that same compassion to relentlessly pursue answers from insurance companies and investigative teams. “I do the absolute most and best that I can for each individual, and at the end of each day I able to show my clients they can put their trust in me to get them the best result for the case,” Kyle said.
Outside of representing his clients Kyle is a sports fanatic, enjoying the Chicago Cubs and all things University of Notre Dame.
